Over the course of the last 30 years, I have seen many trends in talent acquisition come and go and sometimes come again. In the 1990’s we went from Electronic Recruiting to Internet Recruiting. In the early 2000’s we were on a quest for Integrated Talent Management. Then came Social Recruiting and Mobile Recruiting, and finally Candidate Experience and AI Recruiting.
As these trends ebb and flow so do the marketing messages of all of the solution providers. It makes for a noisy and confusing marketplace.
